EXPERIENCE: |
Mr.
Thomas earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel
University in Philadelphia in 1998.
Mr. Thomas is a Registered Architect in the
State of Pennsylvania.
Before
joining our firm, Mr. Thomas served his architectural
internship at several established architectural firms in
Philadelphia, PA. Notable
residential work includes the assessment, documentation
and renovation of over 150 row houses for a
not-for-profit organization in West Philadelphia.
Mr. Thomas was responsible for the opening of new
architectural office in center city Philadelphia and
developing and instituting a custom CAD system for one
of the nation’s largest custom luxury home builders.
He was responsible for the engineering and
documentation of over 500 custom luxury homes, as well
as the development of 22 prototype homes with
pre-engineered options.
Subsequent work includes master planning for
urban development projects, prototype dormitory design,
dormitory renovation, community center design, building
envelope assessment, historic restoration and
sustainable design.
Mr. Thomas has enjoyed working closely with
clients as well as contractors in meeting budget and
scheduling constraints. Mr.
Thomas coordinates our firm’s architectural services
for Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, Milton S. Hershey
Medical Center and Milton Hershey School.
