as a design build project with R.S. Mowery and Sons the 39,000
SF three story professional office building is the last new
building in the Bent Creek Office Park. The buildings primary
tenant occupies
portions of all three floors while the flexible interior
layout includes room for three additional tenants. The
building’s other amenities include,
an outside raised patio, custom designed reception desk
and shared restroom facilitates for the additional flexible
first floor lease space. Taking advantage of a steeply sloping
site, the three story building maintains an approachable scale
on the street side while providing a daylight lower level
that includes a lunch room, office space and a large
training room. Large expanses of glass offer views to the
exterior, including bent creek running behind the building.
The building’s entrance is punctuated with a sweeping canopy.
