Completed
as a design build project with Adair Construction Services of
Harrisburg, this 2,400 SF one story building for Halifax
National Bank, located in the adjacent town of Millersburg,
is the 127 year old bank’s first new branch. The
building exterior features a two color brick veneer with
precast lintels and a standing seam metal roof the materials
were selected to establish a sense of permanence and trust
that they will be there to serve their clients for another 100
years. The efficient interior layout
features several offices, a conference room and well
appointed teller lobby including custom wood raised panel
teller stations with solid surface counter tops and
coffered ceilings with ornamental lighting. The
building also has 3 drive up teller lanes, and a separate ATM
and night deposit lane to help reduce congestion for customers
who do not require teller transactions.
